These terms govern your use of the EasyFix Handyman Services website and the services we provide. By requesting a quote or hiring us, you agree to the following.
EasyFix Handyman Services is a fully insured, registered Illinois LLC providing handyman and home-improvement services across the northwest Chicago suburbs. We are a registered contractor with the Village of Arlington Heights.
Some work — such as projects requiring permits or licensed trades (major electrical, plumbing, or structural work) — is not performed by EasyFix directly. On larger projects EasyFix may coordinate a qualified licensed trade on your behalf. We will always tell you honestly when a job requires a specialty-licensed professional.
We provide clear, flat-rate quotes in writing before any work begins. The price you approve is the price you pay for the agreed scope. If additional work is discovered or requested, we will discuss it and provide a revised quote before proceeding — never a surprise charge.
We do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule, with most jobs available the same week. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
We stand behind our work. If something we completed isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. Our workmanship guarantee covers the labor we performed; it does not cover normal wear, misuse, or issues caused by pre-existing conditions outside the agreed scope.
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless other arrangements are made in writing in advance.
We carry general liability insurance for your protection. Our responsibility is limited to the services we agreed to perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our work.
